A note about the General Secretary - Synod 2025

Rev. Jane Fry has indicated that she will conclude her placement as General Secretary in 2025.

Accordingly a new General Secretary will need to be appointed by the July 2025 Synod meeting. Synod Standing Committee (SSC)  have appreciated advance notice of her intention and have appointed a General Secretary Nomination Committee to undertake the recruitment process. Expressions of Interest will be sought in late 2024.

In the meantime, the SSC is pleased to enthusiastically support Jane’s leadership as General Secretary in an important season for our church until the conclusion of her placement.
