Insurance Renewal Questionnaire 2024 – 2025

Synod Mission Services is about to commence the annual insurance renewal process for 2024 – 2025.

To enable the renewal of insurance policies for the Church and its associated entities, we will be requesting your assistance in the completion of the insurance renewal questionnaire.

The information collected in the questionnaire will provide critical information for our brokers and insurers to renew our insurance policies and ensure that when claims occur, all relevant information has been disclosed. 

• Congregations and other Church entities will receive an email from 22 July 2024 requesting completion and submission of the insurance renewal questionnaire.
• Submission of completed questionnaires will be due by Thursday 22 August 2024.
