These roles, designed to support the growth of new worshipping communities, offer opportunities for people who feel God’s call to help nurture vibrant, growing, and inclusive Christian communities.

These positions are open to people with diverse experiences in church planting or fresh expressions of ministry. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or someone just beginning to explore this journey, these roles will provide the support, training, and encouragement needed. You can be confident you will have the resources and ministry team you need. Each position offers a chance to create new, contextual ways of engaging with local communities, fostering a sense of connection, and making a meaningful impact.
