Meet Andrea Seccombe
What do you love about being involved in this ministry/church?
I love the fellowship we share, and the joy we all have in worshipping in prayer and song. I am proud of our Minister Rev. Pablo Nunez, who is working so hard on growing the church through “Lunch with Punch” and actively involving young people. Many of the congregation are active in pastoral care so that those who are unwell and cannot get to church are not forgotten.
What do you find most challenging?
The most challenging ... it grieves me to see the more senior members suffer from the rigours of ageing when their hearts and souls are full of life.
What you are looking forward to in your ministry/church in the year ahead?
I look forward to continuing to support our Church Council when decisions impacting us all are arrived at through prayer, appropriate consultation, discussion and passion.
Anything else you might want to share?
I have met many wonderful people through our church and am truly grateful that the Lord has put these people in my life.
